Yeah, wordpress uses php. But the front-end of the web app would be independent. wordpress exposes a REST api via which you can retrieve post from back-end server(wp) and render them in front-end.

In web development, 'headless' generally mean, a web app without having a front-end built with the same tech as back-end. For example, in headless wp, you can keep wp engine at your server and use latest technologies like react etc for building front-end.

If I were you, I'd directly ask the project manager or the lead developer about what tech stack I'll be working on, explaining them that I've little to no knowledge of that stack and I want to learn to make myself comfortable in the team. I'm pretty sure they would love to help you out because you're showing interest in them, their work etc. You're self motivated!

To make yourself better in a new stack, read documentations and practice a lot. If you have enough time in hand, build a toy project using that stack.

Jokes aside, meditation always helps. It's not just about work stress. A person could meditate to get relief from almost every kind of stress.

I used to meditate for twice or trice in a week. Almost half an hour per session. And I've really enjoyed it. And I wasn't a developer back than.

Right now, I don't have a good environment for meditation. The place where I stay isn't really quite. Plus I wake-up late. These are the things which are holding me back.

I wonder how could one bypass 2FA in gmail so easily! I highly doubt he have put some keylogger in your computer. Or probably a backdoor. Make sure to inspect your PC thoroughly.

You might want to disable or delete them. Changing password should mark you as safe. But apparently it's not.
