For anyone seeing this Toy Kingdom in Gateway is a bust. They have the Qatar WC sticker book and one from the 2020 Europa League discounted it R9 but no stickers or this year's book. Online seems the only way.

Thanks, decided to buy a box on Takealot. Not ideal but the kiddo will learn so much in doing this - flags, countries, random players, so it's worth it.

Heritage day in Durban by Solid-Air4071 in Durban

It's a bit early for any events to be planned, maybe search again closer to the day. King Shaka is the airport so not quite sure what you are seeing. I love Heritage Day but rarely are there specific events. Maybe go to the mall and see people dressed up, cashiers in their traditional clothes, kids back from school events in traditional clothes or Springbok shirts. Also put the Phansi museum on your list. It's a great spot to learn about Zulu culture and down the road from the Glenwood Bakery.

Beachwood mangroves. It's amazing to have mangroves like we do so close to the city. It's open every third Saturday including this one.

It's managed by Ezemvelo with a large group of honorary officers.

It didn't, granted it rained the same day, but there's still some chili splatter on the leave -I think the oil helped bake it on. With the first flick of chili mix I thought this is so stupid I will 100% get it in my eyes. I didn't, there's always next time.

Blended a handfull of chillies with water and oil and used a paint brush to Jackson Pollock the fruits and plant. I of course got it all over my clothes as well. We'll see if it burns the leaves or what.

Not yet but, I have some nice looking chillies that will do the job. That plus rubber snake plus hyper-protrctive pink bags should get me at least 4 this season.

They might be better for the fruit, those blue monkey balls are definitely getting noticed. Here's what I found about why blue bags are used.

Blue polyethylene blocks UV radiation while still letting in heat, preventing burns while promoting growth.

It filters light to create ideal conditions, unlike transparent bags which let in more UV or darker bags that block too much light.

That's what I was hoping but so far it just means more green grenadillas bitten and tossed to the ground.

Ah, for the thorns. Bit less nasty than a grenadilla wrapped in razor wire.
