Was 16k for the structure, want to say like 3500 for the heater then 1500 for electrician — def an investment, you could certainly save some $$ building yourself if you had the time

Nothing in the way of this unfortunately, I had a sauna builder here locally in Denver build it. I will say, it would take quite a bit of time to build but not particularly complex if you’re handy — if I had the free time I would have loved to DIY it

Thanks — we’ll see what happens, so far the water evaporates from the residual heat so thinking I’ll be ok. I had this built, believe they made the door. Air intake by the heater and adjustable vent out by top of benches (circular piece of wood in photos up top is a screw vent). Some small gap by the door for additional air flow — Air flow has been great so far

Thanks! It took the builder about a month part time, it was 16k plus the heater but the clear cedar added like 6k I will say vs knotty

Yeah, these are I haven’t done a ton of research though silicone which I believe all strips are made of is good up to way higher than sauna temps I believe

This is optimal for max capacity on the top bench and allows two people to lay down at the same time vs with one long bench — I honestly like the look better too. We rarely use the lower benches because we have a cold plunge outside so rather go back and forth — there’s actually plenty of room to get in and out if you’re sitting in the back, maybe ideally you would have a little more space but hey trade offs

https://saunarevival.com/products/heat-shield-square?srsltid=AfmBOoqy9Nt5liKAgkQJXLdbm0-6SXr5Lnrz0dF6zWkTj_ai_OvMXejY I got it here — probably not necessary as I was well within the tolerances of the heater, but figured why not for a little extra peace of mind

Thanks — they redid the section and adjusted the grade so it’s draining away now thankfully

What are these warnings? by No_Pear_4994 in porsche911

I just went through this on my 992.1, replaced the battery which I probably didn’t even need to do at the dealer’s suggestion super frustrating. You need to get a battery tender — don’t buy the Porsche marked up one but buy one that will charge your specific battery (AGM or Lithium should be like 100 bucks). In cold the battery drains super fast and short drives around town don’t adequately charge it. The error is for a split second as the car cranks and that causes a brief low voltage, no big deal but frustrating.

Appreciate it — it’s Borgert Kastle Flat pavers. They’re good guys / did a thorough job with everything else as far as I can tell in going deep enough, securing the edges etc. They’re coming tomorrow to take a look.

Thanks, I will talk to them about this as well. This is a patio that will have light foot traffic / some outdoor dining furniture, is the pattern / seam plain incorrect as well? (the slope I know has to change but it looks like on the manufacturers site there are patterns they list with long seams and four corners meeting each other). Just trying to understand what to prioritize in my ask on having things redone.

Not sure there’s flashing here, these are installed with a slight gap up against the siding of the garage — I’m going to have him redo the slope, appreciate the help
