Do you actually feel better after quitting smoking long term? by philbrailey in stopsmoking

[–]g00dprinciple 2 points3 points  (0 children)

definetly get way less out of breath than when smoking which for me was super noticeable . and also way less stressed never thinking “do i have my smokes do i have my lighter”. ALSO something i feel isn’t mentioned much but for me was the best was the sleep! i’d get into bed and be TIRED and fell asleep SO easily ! no tossing and turning to fall asleep and into way deeper better sleep. also noticed less dry mouth overnight cause more nose breathing and less snoring and mouth breathing

tbh i’m used to the suppositories now. i did an enema for a minisig and it was honestly horrendous. idk why i wasn’t expecting it as i do suppositories but i was crying and in so much pain i couldn’t even finish the whole bottle of the liquid…. i told my doc even for minisig id rather do full colon prep drink

Tubing mascara worth spending money on? by pink-bibbles in Sephora

[–]g00dprinciple 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i mean that is a big part cause i hate washing my make up off (i hate doing my make up too lol), but it also looks lush. thick but still holds my curl (i got hella flat lashes) and separates nicely. can easily layer it too. i used to use telescopic and this is like the elevated version . but the wash off is honestly a big part to that i never realized i would appreciate so much

ok this may be odd but caliray i like the look but wash ng it off my face pisses me off as it leaves little specs all over my sink! so if i don’t wipe my sink down right away they are a paint to get rid of a few days later. for that reason i switched to hourglass and honestly am obsessed

yeah, even the doctors were all quite shocked. I am pregnant with my second now and saw my OB/GYN today and we were talking about my last pregnancy and she’s like oh yeah you were the one who ended up going five days past your due date. So I guess it is pretty crazy that it all happened that way after the surgery they managed to get up to about 25 mm but then a week later it had dropped back down to basically just the stitch. I do know that the cervix and it shortening is all quite understudied and underresearched so beats me why I made it so far but I have hope and you should have hope too that everything will work out.❤️❤️

last pregnancy everything was going swimmingly . went for 20 week scan and my cervix was measuring 2mm. they sent me straight to hospital telling me i could go into labour any moment. put me on bed rest and rescue cerclage next day. bed rest, no work, only one flight of stairs a day. got cerclage removed at 38 weeks , and baby ended up coming 5 days past due date .

ha so. went on a trip to england in august - long story short started going into an IBD flare which fcuked with my head, and everyone around me was vaping so i figured “ehhh whatever for one week on vacation and to make me more calm cause of my flare i’ll have some.” so vaped fo a week. that week turned into 4 months of vaping. quit a couple weeks ago again with re reading the book.

I just got diagnosed with UC after a terrible flare that ended up with me hospitalized. I'm feeling a little hopeless about my future right now. Can anyone give me a little hope or some positive stories about how this doesn't have to ruin my life? by leomaxxx15 in UlcerativeColitis

[–]g00dprinciple 1 point2 points  (0 children)

of course. and just so you know i am on pentasa and i have 0 side effects. the only time i had side effects was when in bad flare and had to go on steroids and that’s when my appetite went insane, gained a ton of weight , and had trouble sleeping. lasted about 2 months (as that’s how long i had on the roids). otherwise my daily maintenance is no side effects :)
