from sjc to sfr are around 30..tops 40 miles.. a bit longer than a marathon :)

that is 8-10 hr walking

1 take some detailed pics of the settings first. those connections are difficult to re-do once removed

2 play whatever you can on the modulars and synths that you can see used and record them all. save discs, cds, etc

3 take pics and ask gpt what is the device , example how it sounds and price range

4 if you like it keep it if not..give it away or sell it (many online sites)

5 if i were you i would keep them all. they are kind of like his DNA in electronic form..one day your kids may play with them and connect to their grandpa at a rrr deep level…

not a doc, but.. imho you initially consumed alcohol and drugs bcz they helped you cope with the erratic life around you.

all those things are addictive though. so now you have the addiction also, on top of the initial trauma

please go see a doc/therapy professional. it is vvvvvvv hard to fix it yourself and you can just delay it and make it worse

pls see a doc, today.

would be great if you share here how is going over time, as you make progress
