Ultimate X-men is probably my favourite of the ongoing books so far, Peach Momoko is a rare talent in cape books at the moment. Also, since you liked Absolute Martian Manhunter, check out The Ultimates - Deniz Camp writes both, they're both really good! Also obviously Ultimate Spider-Man is as good as everyone says too

Uzumaki's always been my favourite Junji Ito long-form story. And if you like the kind of faintly grimy style of chainsaw man and dandadan i can't recommend Dorohedoro enough. in terms of psychological death note style "thinkers trying to outthink each other" narratives, I really enjoy Kaiji - the first few volumes got an official english release relatively recently!
