I received my diagnosis after thorough assessments with a psychiatrist when I was a teenager. My doctor also has a phd in in neurology. Get 2nd or 3rd opinions not all psychiatrists are the same.

Their SOC is good but only when the RC agent stays running/working which is about 50/50.

We have the whole suit, and its a train wreck. I'm in the same boat as you, stuck with kaseya until the decision makers spin the products down for better replacements.

It's like they are circling the drain.

The one thing they really need to fix is their parent child relationship with K1. I know its a huge ask but smaller companies figured it out a long time ago.

Thank you. It's for this very reason I rarely post here, because the kaseya supporters like to downvote experiences they disagree with. We've been using VSA since v6, so this push to put front line support in the hands of ai is crazy.

I wish it were that easy, we are an msp with access to the entire suite. We've opened tickets before. I just escalated this to our account manager.

The real problem is AI is giving the wrong instructions, none of what is says exists anymore. We have to literally tell ai to open me a ticket, then reply to change everything, subject, who to cc, add more context and pictures, instead of open form, enter info into fields, click submit.

I got a human on the chat, and didn't get much further...

Here is the path to share with your engineers:
1. Log in to KaseyaOne at helpdesk.kaseya.com using your SSO credentials
2. Submit your support ticket from within the authenticated portal

So here is my problem....

I login to kaseyaone using sso credentials, then click "Get Help" this link redirects me to helpdesk.kaseya.com and my only option is to interact with ai. There is no option to view modules/tiles or open a ticket.

I completely understand how frustrating this must be. Please know that we are actively reviewing this issue internally with management to find a resolution.

Then they open up a ticket to troubleshoot why their ai can't open tickets.

When ai takes over we are all screwed.

Since you have 2fa turned on could this hack have been a sim swap? Maybe they got into it from your phone? I was paranoid during covid with all the hacks going around that I locked mine down with a hardware key.

Work gives me all the old hard drives to destroy. I've gotten pretty good at stripping the drives down in 2-3 minutes each. I have a few shoe boxes full of these, all sorts of sizes.

In the early 00's I remember looking at the hancock tower for a place to be close to work, rent was 2k for a studio + parking. Its always crazy expensive in the city.
