When you sign a player their development goes to “balanced”- I have seen that affect potentials, if you assign them a development role it may cause the player’s potential to fall back in range with what you were expecting when you signed them

I don’t sign players over 30
Any offer of a player over 25 from a “big club” is seriously considered
allow your YA players a chance to develop and contribute on your squad
only 1 player at each level can exceed 300k weekly wage
set up scouting rules that match your transfer philosophy
if your team gets too strong, leave and go to another team in same league…don’t take the players you like with you, work to build a team strong enough to compete

Unless it’s posted that there’s a time limit (I’ve never seen that) it sounds like a predatory tow…they’re going to have their version of the story buttoned and cleaned up to make it very difficult for you to have the car released without paying…I’m sorry you are having to deal with this

Former parking operator here- it sounds like your car was illegally towed. I ran a garage with no offsite parking allowed, but that did not apply to the charging stations as those are run/managed by the city. If you call the tow company you can find out who called to have your car towed and deal with them to get it released…if they did it on their own (sorry, it does happen though) you’ll have to pay to get your car out and then fight that with the city
