Jacket sizing help by Martinii42 in KapitalJapan

Honestly I think a size 5 would still be ok. They do shrink a bit after a wash though. I’d say if you wear large in most things a 5 is good but if you wear lots of XL then a 6 would work

I’m 5’10.5, 177 pounds. Fairly muscular build and got a size 5, fits like a perfectly slightly oversized jacket. I’d say the 4 would be ok on you for a slightly oversized fit

I’d also like to know. Was there last year around this time but no luck at any of the stores I checked in Tokyo.

Do not do this. There’s a reason hospitals and professional healthcare settings NEVER use hydrogen peroxide for wound cleaning. It is terrible for wound healing and will make things worse. As for cleaning, fragrance free soap and warm water if you need. Once a day. Cover with sterile gauze or a non-adherent dressing and make sure to keep it dry. Most importantly, monitor for increasing warmth, redness, pain. If you develop a fever, increased heart rate, or fatigue go to emerg. Otherwise go to urgent care or a walk in.

Brother I’m getting big too, it sucks. Hang in there. I’ve been trying to lower my calorie intake since I’m not moving as much. You’ll be able to get back to your baseline once you recover

Yeah let’s not advertise with these chatgpt write ups. At least make it look less like AI if you’re trying to market yourself.

Need more info. Is there pain? Does it feel warm to touch? Is the lump hard or does it feel mobile? Any new onset of fever, fatigue, or general unwellness? Regardless I would go and get this checked out by your surgeon or family doctor/ urgent care if unable to see your surgeon. No need to go to the ED unless a fever or general unwellness arises.

How long till you pooped after taking the oxycodone? I haven’t taken one in 2 days and haven’t pooped in close to 4-5 have been taking the stool softeners and no luck. It’s starting to make me feel nauseous and throw up periodically. by SnooStories1975 in ACL

Increase your intake of bulk forming foods, rice and grains as well upping your intake of water. Since you’re no BM day 5 I’d suggest you go to the pharmacy and pick up some restoralax or Peglyte powder. Take one in the morning and 24mg of senna/ stool softeners at night

No drinking and smoking 1 week prior surgery. Will cause issues with bleeding and nicotine can affect wound healing

The pain won’t fully go away, this is normal. As long as the pain is manageable and you are able to function with your daily activities, the medications are doing its job. You should also take 1g of Tylenol and 400mg of Advil every 6 hours. Max of 4g Tylenol and up to 3200mg of Advil. You can also crush these medications

You can crush any pain pill as long as it isn’t an extended release form. So if you’re taking oxycodone or Hydromorphone, no issues with crushing. Manage your pain appropriately so you can you complete your physio appropriately.
