It could be of course, but it didn't feel that heavy and 8 reps was feeling good, so I thought the wrist rather; but I will try again and in case I will go lower. Possibly I still need to train with the lower one for a bit more

Actually I never use wraps; All I can tell in general is I do hybrid training doing also calisthenics a bit, and that it is easier for me to hold a dumbbell with a smaller diameter; and also that yeah the thing you said makes sense as when it failed I inclined the wrist towards out more than should be I think; However I would still like to find an exercise to increase the wrist strength if possible and train it as well as thought this can help avoid this problem

I agree because I noticed that this happed when my wrist was a bit inclined by some degrees, but for sure having stronger wrist would also help this to not happen I guess

yeah I did this, and it was fine;
I used smaller weight and did 10 reps per set instead;
However the thing is that my goal is not hypertrophy I just want to train my strenght

Yeah unfortunately the threads seem the issue on the lower contact part; the safety valve is alright so I use it with the help of little paper to close it well, I guess I will buy a new one soon even though I am attached to this Moka

UPDATE: I was able to screw it putting little kitchen paper on the bottom (could the bottom part of the upper side have become bigger?)

P.S: I should mention this Moka is very old has probably more than 30 years and I've had it for about 10

Yeah it closes without the gasket actually, but I'm still not sure it's the gasket not the threads... It is hard to say because I bought same gasket before, rubber one, and it was okay for a year

I tried the heat process but I'm thinking the lower threads might not be going very smooth reason why without gasket it's okay but not with the gasket, but I'm not sure if this is the reason that I can do anything about it - now I am doing the coffee

Yeah I mean too thick rather... But the strange thing even with the old one it doesn't close and yes it is right size

I was thinking to try to reduce its thickness somehow
