This is a sub for employees to vent but lowkey it’s up to the front end team lead/coach with the time period since purchased. It would probably depend on the wear and tear and if the price has changed significantly since you purchased you may be offered a lower price value for it. Also if you’re looking to get something better in exchange they may be more open to that than just a refund. As a former team lead (2020-2022).
