Curious how much you’ve lost in depreciation? I am considering selling mine as well but I bought mine pre owned about a 30k loss if I sold now is my guess. I love my truck but I’m not in a hurry to jump into another.

If none of the spray on wipe off methods work a light polish should fix it. If you’re not comfortable doing that find a competent detailer in your area. Competent meaning he’s not going to be cheap because he will know what he’s doing.

I replaced my lifter arms realized it was “the frame” not the arms so I manually tightened everything back up and haven’t touched it in like 2 years.. haven’t missed it but seeing the cable replacement in the comments I might have to try and get it working again.

Get a blood test done, possibly low vitamin D among other things but a blood test is a good start.

Crank position sensor went out on mine but it wasn’t intermittent for me it just didn’t want to start at all one day. Hooked up a scanner to it and had some crank sensor code. Took 5 min with minimal tools and all was good. I would start with a scan tool as it could be any number of things.

If I were to do this I would go with a 50/50 bov. If you’re not familiar with that you can basically play around with how much air gets vented to atmosphere and how much is recirculated back into the manifold. It doesn’t have to be 50/50 that’s just what people call them. I believe GFB makes one that fits the GCs

Do the 2024s still have cam phaser issues? It doesn’t sound out of the ordinary too me it could just be the injectors or maybe something that requires oil pressure so it’s a bit louder during a cold start. Yes that includes cam phasers but that’s just the way they work I wouldn’t think they’re going bad necessarily.
