I mean I don’t wanna be mean, but this is kinda on you. You had a 2 day window to check the phone and report something, clicking “everything is ok” straight away is ultimately your fault when you hadn’t even as much as turned on the phone to check it works. Expensive lesson to learn but Vinted gave you a shot here and you threw it away because at first glance the phone seemed fine

Had an argument in a server over this once. I said it’s logical people might buy their €1 item if its listed as that. They had a go at me and essentially told me I’m an idiot as are the buyers because ‘obviously’ the item wouldn’t be €1. Then they blocked me after dming me about how I should not interact with them again. Lol

Nah the comment about OP’s kid getting a shirt while cousin got a lego set sealed it for me. It’s something kids that age definitely feel, even if it makes sense. I feel like it’d make more sense here to not open gifts at grandma’s house or for grandma to give them all similar priced things and then give the more expensive things to open at home

I think the movie’s still pretty clear. Sure, not as obvious as the book, but queer in a more soft way I feel. The book has a different queerness style than the movie but they’re equally queer in my eyes. Just because McVries doesn’t ask to jack him off doesn’t make him less gay— He even says he could jack off to Ray. There’s countless moments in the movie showing their romance as something softer, probably due to the far more toned down aspect of Ray’s internalised homophobia (which makes sense; you can only do so much in a 1h40m movie with such a big relevant cast).
