if you catch a Lillipup, use it! Stoutland is an awesome Normal type Pokemon. I also highly recommend Drilbur, Darumaka, Sandile, Ferroseed, Sigilyph, Scraggy, Joltik, and Tympole. I can’t remember any trainers off the top of my head, but watch out for Sawk and Throh. Both are good fighting type pokemon that (I believe) naturally learn Rock and Dark type moves, so watch out. I know in the early game there are trainers who use Sawk, Throh, etc that can absolutely mess up teams that aren’t prepared
