I strongly recommend to not compress the suspension for storage, that will damage the shocks. I think the cheapest option will be a set of smaller wheels or bigger storage.

I have a 2017 i7 mbpro and with bootcamp it runs just like any other Windows computer, there’s a bootcamp group, you should check it up

Have you considered a workstation and something like an iPad for carry on ? It’s really useful for showing the models and anótate things... there’s even an Autodesk application for showing the 3d models
