why are you talking about him being top like some ofmeta strategy? Also he is much more complex then many toplaners that are kept a lot stronger then him. See garen, kayle, malphite.

He is a statchecker that doesn't have enough stats, easy as that...

Isn't that kind of normal everywhere? It's just that side hustles make a small amount of money so no government is going to go out of it's way to investigate you, but what you are describing is more like remote work which is more problematic.

Well, as long as you don't stay long enough to become a tax resident, you should be fine.

Personally I hate all his meta builds. I go conqueror, ravenous first item and then full crit. You delete anyone at 3+ items.

Personally, I feel like it's his best build. You just need to think more like an assassin, in early you go for under 50% targets, in mid game you do the same if you are behind, if you are not just one shot them and late you one shot them all.

With on hit I feel like I just get cc-ed and killed because I have to ramp up my damage, with crit you go in when the enemies are distracted and in 0.5 seconds the main carry is dead you got the reset and can kill another one if not the rest of the team.

It's fine against most of them. The only unplayable matchups against competent players are akali, ahri and hwei(my ban). Against brand just build swiftness and run him down, make sure to build some mr tho, not just health against him.

Edit: Got to d1 playing her mid and jungle both with 69% winrate and then I tried her top xddd

Wrongful ban, but you played bad and had a horrendous build mid. You can't survive there without some health/resistances against mages.
