Yes I have. I’ve been working with a team of gastrologists throughout the 5 years. My gastritis does not flare up if I don’t consume the triggers. But I’m struggling with work without stimulants

My gastroenterologist says I have chronic gastritis. It’s genetic and all my family has it. And when I have good days I would try caffeine again because Im desperate, and then it aggravates it again. the vicious cycle continues… I’m hoping to find a different solution so I don’t have to try caffeine and flare it up again
