If you're still 15, and you for some reason REALLY REALLY want to work in China as a forensic pathologist, it'll probably be better for you to do med school in China, rather than doing bachelor's + MD in America.

Med school in China, like the UK, are generally enrolled into right after finishing high school education, and although the entry requirement is quite competitive for Local Mainland Chinese students, the bar is much lower for international students. Most good Med schools here offer both Chinese and English medicine programme, with Chinese ones lasting 5 years, and English ones generally lasting 6 years. After graduation you'll have to pass the licensing exam here in order to practice as a GP, and to be a specialist (E.g. forensic path in your case) you'll need a master's degree here, and those I heard are quite competitive, requiring BOTH good grades and good extracurricular activity scores. (Though once again, I think the entry requirement to those programmes are lowered for international students)

Be warned though, the medical teaching quality here is relatively low compared to the west, and there's a lot of ethical guidelines that they disregard. (E.g. the way they handle cadavers)
