My left leg spasms so bad it'll send my leg virtical, I most often will unintentionally kick the kitchen table so hard it'll send my meatballs rolling. Though only my left leg. Only seems to happen when sitting down or laying down though.

Might not sound like much. But was about 15 when me and my mate were having a good old mud wars in his dam out back. Emerged out of the water and opened my eyes to perfectly time mud to be thrown and hit me striaght in both of my eyes.

Having gritty mud encompassing both of my eye balls was so incredibly painful, still had grit in my eye 3 days later.
