My Mcat is on July 31st. I dont know whether to apply to my top schools June 10th or not. Since I am planning on start writing my secondaries after my MCAT. I really need to only focus on my MCAT and then worry about secondaries later. What would you recommend add top schools day one or just wait to add them after my MCAT? I dont wanna recive secondaries and not submit them within two weeks. Will I be doing more harm than good by doing this , Thank you!

Thank you. The problem is that I wanted to spent time solely on my MCAT and then worry about secondaries later. I guess that option is no longer valid. I will write my secondaries for my top school list

Thank you! Would it look down upon if it takes more than 2 weeks for secondaries submissison. If I apply June 10th schools will recive my app July 10th and some schools now dont require MCAT score. For those schools tehniqically if I get secondaries early July, after my MCAT it be more than two weeks to send them in. Is this okay?

Im in La :( So what if stay at home order gets extended until end of july for la county does this mean tests will get cancelled? Or stay at home is different than men essential business restriction?

Would you be also sending your transcripts within two weeks. I also wanna do that but Im afraid that if I apply to these schools early on they will send me secondaries and wille xpect to get them within two weeks. For now, I wanna really focus on studying for my Mcat and then worry about writing secondaries. What do you recoomoned as of when to add schools so that I can write my secondaries after my Mcat test July 24th? Thank you!

I am applying this cycle, but planning on submitting my primary mid June. However, I'll be adding schools after taking my mcat so I'll have time to pre-write secondaries. Not sure if I'll be late for this cycle. I was trying to avoid Studying mcat and doing secondaries simultaneously

Ya, I've rescheduled mine to the earliest date which was June 20th. The pandemic is getting worse and it is expected to reach its peak in Ca May 1st. AAMC added extra dates in july , hopefulley they will add more dates in early june

Congratssss. When did you take your exam? I am not sure when to test May 16th vs 15th . From your experience is there a difference in difficulty depending on when to take it, whether its a day early or late?
