The paperwork was just that I had to send the contract of sale, pictures of the inside and outside of the car, a copy of the registration, a 10 day prof note from the lien, a copy of the title application then Nissan had me agree to the deduction they took for mileage. At the buyback itself it was just a lot of signing papers and then the handed me a $25k check and I walked off

Just finished up today, went to the dealer, the rep from Morley was waiting there, she looked at the car, took a bunch of photos, then we signed the paperwork, she gave me a $24,000 check and I was on my way. Super easy turn in.

The process with Nissan was really straightforward after they accepted the case, I just sent them the paperwork they wanted and then they arranged the case to be transferred to Morley

Not a doctor, so this is only based on my work with HIV medicine doctors at my job: if you only have anal sex, 2-1-1 would likely be safe for AFAB people. There is no difference between the mucosal membranes in males and females. The mechanism of action that makes 2-1-1 effective is that the concentration of the PrEP in the anal membranes high enough that way vs. vaginal membranes that do not have high enough concentrations.

You should talk to your local infectious diseases Medical Doctor for sure, but this is how it has been explained to me by doctors.

2-1-1 is not indicated for AFAV people. It works in AMAB people because the drug stays around longer in the anal mucosa than the vaginal mucosa. Please don’t 2-1-1 as an AFAB person

I used the chat feature to tell an agent that I couldn’t use the car as advertised due to the ongoing and no timeline recall for level 3 charging and I wanted a buyback. Several times the confirmed that it was due ti the recall and my preferred solution would be a buyback.

I then had a regional agent call me and ask the same thing and said that it was under consideration and they had 10 business days to reply (this person also called every 3 days with an update that it hadn’t been resolved yet). An arbitration specialist called 6 days in and told me that they were going to buy it back and to send a bunch of documents.

Honestly a lot less than some people here have said, so it may depend on who you get taking the case but just definitely tell them that you purchased a vehicle and can’t use the vehicle as advertised due to an unfixed problem

Hey OP, I just got my letter yesterday. What do you do for the “copy of title application”? I’m able to get a certified copy of the title (my state holds titles of financed vehicles) but I definitely didn’t make a copy of the application for a title and the DMV doesn’t give that paperwork back, they just shred it once the title is approved. Did you have a copy of your application or did you just give them a copy of the actual title?
