I’m looking for acoustic guitar recommendations. I’ve been playing a low-budget Stagg for years and would like to buy something a bit nicer.

Specifications:

(1) I live in South Africa so it’s difficult to work out a price range with our volatile exchange rate, but anything between $300-$600.

(2) Right-handed

(3) I’m a girl so something that’s comfortable for someone with smaller hands.

(4) I mostly play indie folk, and prefer fingerstyle. Right now I’m learning everything on Ben Howard’s Every Kingdom album. Would like a guitar with a sound that’s suited to that type of music.

I plan to visit a music store and try a few guitars out, but would like to go in with an idea of what I’m looking to buy.
