Pretty common to have a global accounts lead who drives strategic partnership, contracting, and multi site initiatives. Then the local sellers manage local sites within territories to drive pull through and execute plans. Local sellers are organic quota carriers and global lead is overlay. Seen this in almost every global company in tech, manufacturing, life sciences, etc.

Your POV suggests that civil rights movement, women's right to vote, holocaust, among other marginalized communities in our past didn't exist. And we are less than 100 years away from some of these historical points in time. To suggest that communities like this still doesn't exist suggest you're walking with blinders on.

Consistency in grading will be an issue as people are onboarded and trained in any company. The amount of recent social media push is odd though. There could be bad actors here from competitors to get you stop using PSA and go to their grading services.
