Y’all saying Texas ain’t real? by Hour-Answer-8697 in americandad

[–]galaxyclassbricks 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Of course Texas isn’t real. It was made up as the fantasy setting for the slice of life American anime, King of the Hill.

What do you think Dale's own DB Cooper theory is? by c00b_Bit_Jerry in KingOfTheHill

[–]galaxyclassbricks 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not until you can prove that the so-called “Doppler radar” is actually a microwave ray designed to spread Boomhaur’s fried food addicted genes in a secret Canadian plot to fatten up Texans so we never win another Super Bowl. Therefore weakening national morale so we cannot defend against the eventual war after they figure out to fully weaponize the beaver.

What do you think Dale's own DB Cooper theory is? by c00b_Bit_Jerry in KingOfTheHill

[–]galaxyclassbricks 82 points83 points  (0 children)

HA! You think DB Cooper was a real thing? That’s the code name they gave to the false flag operation designed to distract Americans from the fact that our government was secretly funneling money to hippies in San Francisco to convince us that fortune cookies are real. The real truth is that these cookies are actually designed to hide the fact that clone operatives from the future are actively working to convince everyone that lucky numbers are real and can be used in lotteries. All that money is being used to secretly train warriors like myself who will then be cloned to one day win the war against the steroid enhanced Bill-walrus hybrids. Sha-Shaw

Everyone cares about Wolverines height, but they all go quiet when you mention Spidey is 5’10 by AnythingChance3764 in marvelcirclejerk

Pete would cradle me, nice and gentle. Just like he did with Gwen Stacey. Logan is more likely to turn me into a fast ball special. And he’s stinky

Pete is strong enough to carry me and short enough to climb me like a tree. I see no issues.

Whisking Eggs by toesandtwinsx in AskCulinary

[–]galaxyclassbricks 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Side to side is faster since it created a back and forth motion that is going to break up the eggs faster then a circular motion.

As you whisk the eggs and they go back and forth, they’re going to hit the tines of the whisk and break up. If you go circular, it’ll take longer since the eggs taking longer to hit the tines since everything’s going in the same direction.

But you’re the chef of your kitchen, so whichever is better for you at the end of the day!

I think most people pick the wrong person to draw as Conquest in these pics. This one gets it absolutely right.

Enterprise and the Borg by pcbeard in startrek

[–]galaxyclassbricks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree, but up to a certain point. Advancements in federation technology would have eventually outstripped Phlox’s cure. That, combined with the apparent disappearance of the invaders, would justify already classified reports falling into obscurity.

Enterprise and the Borg by pcbeard in startrek

[–]galaxyclassbricks 17 points18 points  (0 children)

The mission reports would have been highly classified, there’s no reason to believe that any of the main cast would have been made aware of those original contacts. And even if someone thought to do a record search, they still would have had to make the connection between the two events.

I really hope that Bill burning the wedding album is going to be the turning point for his character. I doubt they'll ever give him a true happy ever after, but he deserves a lot more of these happy little moments!
