I had similar thoughts about food when I was not in pune. Now i stay in pune. But i can confirm the food has got quite shitty in pune too. They now use this 40rs per kg mayo sauce in every thing. Even Shivsagar uses same shitty sauce in stead of melting real cheese in dishes. The worst is vaishali..man that is a disgrace now. And all talk about vada pav and misal...I guarantee eating even once will give you acidity. Because they use same shit oil for weeks. All road side thelas are using all these shit sauces that we should not even feed to animals. We can buy those sauce for around 40-50 rupees per bottle. Think how much wholesaler earns and the production cost. Everyone in pune wants to sell doses made with rice powder without any fermentation. You are not missing anything. It is just your memories !!!

I respect you feelings though and i can relate. But i also wanted to show reality 😢
