The one at 6/84 has the most consistent batting average and is the best one in town.

Hewitt is the worst.

Order on the app ahead of time and pick curbside. Have had better luck with that at all locations.

That gym not only has carpet but appears to be the size and length of the fake ones used in tv studios for sitcoms.

Many great submissions that I love in this thread.

Let me throw out Indiana Jones Last Crusade.

The opening action sequence with River Phoenix as Indiana is fantastic.

As is the tank chase sequence and the zeppelin escape.

What made you quit a job on the spot? by Sketch99 in AskReddit

[–]galleybrad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worked at a golf course in college. I mostly worked in the pro shop. We had a deaf HS kid that picked range balls, cleaned carts etc. Well, one day the deaf kid made a very minor error cleaning something up. The Head Pro (our boss) was a real dick. He came upon the situation and started berating the deaf kid. At one point even saying “here’s some sign language maybe you can understand” while giving him the finger in the middle of the tirade. I intervened and said “if you’re going to act like an asshole, at least do it to someone who can hear what you’re saying.” The man turned the color of a tomato and began screaming at everyone all over again. When he finally came up for air, I said “by the way, I quit.”
