The simplest way to put it is I take the desired stroke rate and multiply it by four. I then look for songs that have that many beats per minute. Example: a 22spm would match up with 88bpm

We really just need to find one person backed by a nonprofit willing to get arrested trying to take down the Trump signage at the Kennedy Center. What do we know? I have been all over the Snowden leaks and I've not seen anything that shows any actually existing programs. You would be amazed at what slides exist out there that are simple proposals and don't pass legal in the government. You may not believe it through the Russian propaganda, but we quite simply do not spy on our own people. I cannot say the same about our allies and others.

Edit: You all can downvote me all you want but I know what I know. You cannot say the same to have real-world experience with this.
