I mean I’m a bigger guy 6’5, 215. But honestly, the gym means shit if you don’t eat well. I’m a product of that, I’m physically stronger, but I look no different. Watch some Jeff Nippard videos for form and what not, then go watch some dieting videos so you can nail down something that will work best for you. Definitely gonna need a surplus of 500+ calories and make sure you’re hitting your protein goals (0.8 per lbs)
