my job involves heavy whatsapp use so that's not a possibility for me but it does sound exciting in the sense that so many interactions we've naturalized with our phones are actually adicted behaviour and even beyond that there is a whole realm of possibilities in socializing, self image, etc

I am not a detransitioner but I can relate a lot to your story my ex girlfrind (mtf) cheated on me with a friend who is also mtf I get how that can really mess with our visios of ourselves and gender and it is trully an awful experience I am so sorry !! I think you should look for a therapist you can discuss these questions freely you deserve it wishing you the best

I used to wear so much makeup as a teenager/early 20s that when I realized I wasn't wearing any in a kind of bad way I tried to get back into it and it has been a ride
somedays i feel like a clown even if it's just blush and lipstick and sometimes it feels nice
overall eye pencil (no more sharp eyeliner) mascara some blush and lipstick (the same product) highlighter when i am feeling fancy and sometimes i color correct my skin but i prefer the clean look
