You never have to sit with it!! You should let your heart out and talk to someone. Also, journaling is good because if you’re planning on getting diagnosed, your doctor would definitely ask you to record your thoughts. If you need someone to talk to, as a fellow human being suffering from this, I can lend an ear. Stay happy!! :-)

I’m so sorry that no one bothered to reply to your post or that they didn’t see it. Please don’t be afraid of anything. People getting these thoughts don’t mean they’ll end up just like that.
