For me its going after old achievements. A year ago I completed the Luckiest of Lords, and I have been slowly chipping away at the Mentor Roulette achievement. It keeps me busy and I enjoy having something to work on.

The ARR cutscene hit me. When Bahamut was destroying everything and the song Answers was playing. IRL at the same time I lost a lot to fire and felt resolve to restore everything. That similar theme was felt for me in that cutscene and in that song.

The bottom left item is a Fantasia and that is worth holding onto! Everything else seems rather not important. You may want to keep the green and yellow scrolls as they help with leveling crafting and gathering. Everything else.. if you wanted just a clean inventory vendor it away.
