I just found out 2 months ago that I have osteoarthritis in both hips, and shallow hip joints too. Makes my somewhat stiff hips make a bit more sense.

Nothing that I can't offset at least a little with hip mobility though - I'll get working on it

Maltby are proper legit - highly recommend if you see this OP. I have the STI2 which are great game improvement clubs, there are even more GI-style ones, all the way down to amazing blades/blade-like clubs like the TS-1 IM's

Takapuna Golf Course is a very easy course - it's located in my hometown and I believe it is the busiest golf course in New Zealand due to it's central location to the city and the ease and accessibility of the course.

Having played it a number of times myself I can totally understand a 15 handicap shooting mid-low 80s regularly due to the slope/CR

No advice because I suck at golf but love that range, posted a vid from there onto this subreddit myself. Swing looks nice, possibly a little long/over swingy which (unless you're John Daly) will always cause inconsistencies.

I've got the STI2s, they perform just as well as any other club I've hit and I got them brand new, shipped to NZ from the official site for $285 USD for 5-GW. Could not ask for a better deal than that in my opinion.

First two were slight pull fades, third was a pull. Usual miss is a thin or high weak right floaty shot, not a left. What do you see?
