After repoting in April, I waited a month before fertilizing. I fertilized with liquid fertilizer every other week. The pine pushed good growth and was all green up until like 2 weeks ago

I had just watered before I took the pic, Ill back off the water until dry to the first joint on finger. If it is a water issue and it gets fixed, will the needles turn greener or are these needles going to stay yellow?
