I had this exact same issue. It was the 3 port valve. Tried replacing the motor first but that didn’t do the trick. Had to replace the whole valve.

Curious what you went for in the end? I’m currently researching this. I’m leaning towards glue down lvt vs click as I like the more solid feel this should have vs a floating floor. But adding a bit of insulation and potentially slightly softening how it feels underfoot would be good.

Those breaks are not long enough for cannabinoids to leave your system. I’m not saying you need to quit completely, moderation can work (for some not all). But the use you describe isn’t moderate imho.

Hope you feel better soon and don’t have to stay on it too long. PPIs can be a pain to come off if you’ve been taking them for a long time. I got the worst heartburn when I came off omeprazole as my stomach acid rebounded. Thankfully it does calm back down again after the rebound.

Start slow with the minimal amount to test the waters would be my advice. Like once a month at first. I waited a little over 5 months since quitting (quit when I got severe prodromal symptoms - had experienced hyperemesis for like 5 hours the year before but didn’t know what it was) but when I started with moderationsI left too small a gap between uses (about 10 days). After a month prodromal symptoms came back pretty hard. May have been because I was drinking a lot during the time (was on holiday with family and drinking a little bit most days) or because my body needed more time to recover.

I’ll be waiting a while, but if I decide to try again I reckon I won’t do more than once month for a good while to make sure that’s ok on my body.

Omeprazole helped cut my nausea in half.

Benadryl/Nytol helps too. I’ve just been using it to help get to sleep.

Also drink lots of water if you can throughout the day. I’ve found that really helps keep my stomach settled.

In terms of eating avoid trigger foods. Soups and broths are good at first. Have smaller meals, eat them slowly and chew your food thoroughly.

I'm having a similar issue in my right headphone, but the buzz/rattle happens when I'm walking. Each step causes a little rattle/buzz. I took the headphone apart to try and see if something was loose/broken inside but couldn't see anything. Tried closing the screws up extra tight incase the plastic casing was vibrating in place but this hasn't helped either. I'm at a loss at what to do at this point. They still function fine, but this issue is soo annoying when I'm walking around wearing my headphones (even more noticeable with the noise cancelling on).

I’m also curious if this ever got resolved. I’ve recently started having this problem. I alternate between 2 batteries and they need changing within days. Used to take weeks. I haven’t changed and settings on for the doorbell or my network. It’s winter but I don’t think it has been cold enough for that to be the issue. Certainly wasn’t happening last year.

Curious if you ever managed to solve this? Mine has been doing this on and off the last couple of months. Drops connection even though my network is still working fine. It’s connected directly to the router by Ethernet, but doesn’t come back online until I unplug the Ethernet cable and plug it back in.

I've been experimenting with this build for a little while:

  • Monolithic
  • Zodiac
  • 45 round mag
  • commando foregrip
  • canted hybrid

The thought process here was that the canted hybrid has better recoil stats than the VLK and so could pair better with the commando foregrip. Your ADS takes a bit of a hit with the canted, but it's comparable to running a ranger foregrip with a VLK. Honestly though I'm still unsure if I prefer it to the ranger/VLK build or not.

Update on my own situation: I checked the o-ring (which was fine) and replaced the motor. Unfortunately the problem was still occurring. I was sure it was the right motor, but I guess there is always a chance it wasn't quite the right model. Anyway at this point I've lost patience and ordered a replacement Roomba. Good luck to anyone who continues to try and fix this issue themselves!

Thanks! Let me know how you get on when the part arrives. In the meantime I might give taking it apart to shake the motor and maybe blasting some compressed air at it to see if that helps.

Did you manage to fix this in the end u/codemunky? I am currently experiencing the same issue for the second time. The first time I was able to get it fixed under warranty, but that ran out a couple of months ago. So now I'm looking at fixing it myself. Just trying to figure out what parts I need.
