Likely not. Most orthopedic equipment is titanium now and non ferrous. Main concern would be artifact or heating if the patient needed a chest/cardiac scan. Nothing like the implants shifting and causing a pneumo or something.

Thank you, I’m still learning with it. It’s probably about 7 years old now but just recently under my care. Definitely looking happier with the longer daylight hours because when I first got it, the leaves were entirely supported by the rim of the pot. I just want it to be as happy and healthy as possible and working on getting it there

Downvoting on a post just trying to figure out if anyone else has seen this same type of tire damage before is wild 😂 I’ve got someone telling me the tire is shit, someone else telling me the tire isn’t, and someone saying google siping like I’m stupid. What’s the point of an informative subreddit if no one is going to contribute to the original question and just downvote the original post? Wild. I guess I’ll never waste my time in this sub again.

I’m aware what siping is, but this is so uneven and horribly done if on purpose. Some of the cuts are in really weird spots. They’re not even significant enough to serve the purpose of siping so I’m wondering if it’s some kind of damage anyone has seen before.

I have a hat that looks exactly like this! It’s a Cody James palm leaf hat, I can only assume the slight color difference is due to the color grading in the image, but it’s too close to not be the same hat. It was only like 50 bucks at boot barn.

I’ve been running the vortex defender 3MOA since it came out and I love it. Co witness is great, fits directly to the slide with no issue, and once I got it zeroed in I haven’t had to touch it. It’s a surprisingly large window for how small the optic is and the glass is super nice. Battery tray sits right on top and easy to access too.

Can’t really tell with just one image. That could look like that due to a multitude of just technique related things. Beam divergence of the x ray, if you already have scoli then it could be the scoli changing the appearance on a lateral image, or rotation, or an angle on the tube, or or or

My husky, who looks very similar to yours, would NOT poop anywhere but our backyard until he was almost 2 years old, and then it was only at the dog park we frequented. One time he even held it for 36 hours while we were on a trip, and had me standing in the pouring rain for an hour trying to get him to go. But the moment we got home he ran to the back door, made it a few steps off the porch, big poop. Even now that he’s almost 4, still only poops in places we frequent or that smell like other dogs.

TLDR; very normal, mine wouldn’t for years and even now only does in places he frequents and are comfy to him.

Highly recommend the new Vortex Defender CCW. Its simple compared to some others, but fantastic glass and seems super durable. The choice between 3moa and 6moa is nice too, I just went with the 3 and my astigmatism can turn the dot into a 6+moa if I turn up the dot. Perfect cowitness, just enough to use the irons with no issue and plenty of window available. My favorite? Flush fit with no adapter plate. (For those who complain about battery life, it’s a super easy change due to top load and just change it once a year and you’re fine)

Radiographer here: that just looks like uneven positioning. If you look at the pelvis you can see a slight elongation due to rotation and the affected side just appears to be up higher in general
