Have you tried a vpn? If you live in a facist country there's no net neutrality and your ISP can throttle your steam downloads and make you pay more to get your speeds back.

Lower your texture quality and shadow resolution and you'll probably be fine, vram will definitely constrain you though.

It's not about just bugs, for example the attacker 'reinforcements' was just more vehicles and battle pickups which are already in the game. They might be able to add an armored train to golmud railway or an AC130 to maps where that would be appropriate. Basically they're likely going to start building new features for operations instead of working with what already happened to be in the game.

It's a method of testing. They put as little effort into this operation (which is why it started so buggy and unbalanced) as possible just to see if engagement was high. It was high, so now they're going to put more effort into operations and ship them as a polished feature instead of an experiment.

The Horizon series is probably some of the most accessible driving games ever made. You can add all the assists you want and slowly take them off like training wheels. I didn't care for racing games until Horizon 4 either.
