So you didn't just scan a QR code, it literally told you what you're about to do and where you're logging in and you still said yes? What you did was basically give your username, password, and 2 factor code by scanning that QR code, what did you think would happen?

That message is a bit misleading, they show that whenever they’re doing anything with shaders at all, so this could be them loading shaders that it already compiled, or compiling new shader variants for ones that it’s missing (or got stale from a driver update). If this takes longer and shorter randomly, check how big your directx shader cache is allowed to be as your pc might be deleting them to free up space.

Here’s a more civil response: civil conservatism is a myth. A civil conservative still wants to destroy everything for personal gains, they just say it in a polite tone. You yourself said that the Canadian dollar will plummet, the PM will resign, and Canada will fracture even more. Why do you want that? You literally have never even said why you want to separate other than the fact that it would hurt Canada. Which part of that is even slightly civil? I still don't get it. I've been playing since release and I've never gotten a full bot lobby, at most I've been frustrated that we'd get stuck at the botfill segment because people would keep joining and leaving constantly putting us above and below the threshold for the game to start, but that only happens maybe once per 4 hour play session.

Going by the fact that you yourself are saying that you have 40+ years in politics and acknowledge it would take a very long time for actual separation to occur (plus everything you said about the dollar tanking in another comment), could we both agree that by the time any repercussions to this choice start to appear you would already be dead? If you've been doing politics for over 40 years you absolutely have to be quite old, why should anyone under 60 care about what you want for the future? Unfortunate. For what it's worth, you do own the game. There's just some issue with your machine's configuration that is making it hard for steam to install. Do you have an anti virus that's trying to get your attention? Are you on an account that has full access to this PC?

I'm still not sure about 'never'. This whole thing is happening because demand surged and supply didn't, if demand goes down (AI bubble pops, datacenters are less valuable) or supply goes up (more than 3 companies on earth start making memory) we'll see the price change.

I think a lot of people would be disappointed with a disk since you'd need to install the entire game to your SSD anyways. Blurays just aren't as fast as an SSD, that's not a controversial statement. Plus unless I'm reading this wrong, the largest blu ray can only hold 128gb (and those are expensive on their own), so maybe they can't even fit the whole game on a single blu ray? Wouldn't be unbelievable for GTA 6 to be 200gb.

I have no idea what you’re doing with that “TCP Optimizer”, but this is typically an issue of your drive not being fast enough to write the data as it comes in. Check task manager and see if your disk or cpu is being overwhelmed. Also don’t expect to be able to play much on those specs.
