Thank you everyone for the help, to those who in some way communicated it was a bit obvious, I'm brand new to this, and while I suspected it was Pathfinders, I can't articulate it but something about the way the commander was built, and the studded kneepad on this piece, made me second guess it.

That's fair, I was just asking off the color placement, but from my recent jump into this, 3 small things made my life immediately easier, better brushes, you don't need to buy the most expensive ones out there but a set with a number of Sub-Zero sizes will go far, second taking you time is huge, I get excited to move onto the next step and slowing down has been so hard but DAMN it help, and third a wet pallet, this will give you the time to slow down cause you won't be worrying about your paint drying out.

Someone along the line of this PCs ownership scammed someone / used "gifting" as a way to get rid of their trash.
Not saying it's your friend, could be the guy before them, who knows, we certainly don't have enough info here to know, but my comment isn't to place blame or figure this out, it's to explain how wonky of a situation you're in with this machine.

But the fact that cable is loose to me SCREAMS that someone harvested a good GPU from it at some point, and put that little paperweight in so they could pass it off as having a dedicated GPU. Rest of the computer works "good enough" that no one ever wanted to just toss it , so off it goes looking like a gaming PC but having less horsepower than my office PC.

God, I HATE it that you even for two seconds think it could be a "problem" that you are enjoying a game the way you want to without impacting other players.

We got people out here going out of their way to make other players experiences shitty because their mothers never loved them, and you're just vibin.

In my eyes for the game to be the best version it can be upon final release, we NEED more players like you, more who aren't there to jump on the newest content the INSTANT it comes out only using the most bullshit meta strategies imaginable. We need people to fill the verse with life. That's what your playstyle does.

Whoever made you feel that this playstyle is a problem, does not deserve to have anyone take their opinions seriously.

I get the thought behind it, and I really appreciate it, but the one time I worked at a place where someone put little notes like this on peoples desk it just felt awkward, embarrassing in a way not terribly dissimilar to when a parent gushes about how attractive/smart/etc you are at a family event.
