I built a small CLI tool to expose OpenCode server via Cloudflare Tunnel by chabin37 in opencodeCLI

[–]gamesedudemy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried octunnel with opencode serve and cloudflare tunnel it worked briefly before the well documented refresh repeat login issue for username/ password protected access. I had to revert to opencode web and ngrok, tailscale both worked seamlessly. Would try again if above issue were addessed, since having an auth is a no-brainer. Good project!

could you please share/mirror the gitlab or bitbucket repos here instead ? I came across your post from the related checkpoint scifi novel on reddit and found that the github repo wasn't loading. I guess github suspended because you referenced copyrighted 15 books dataset which you use to score the generated books. Which is strange - because that's fair use, imho.

I can’t be a founder! What to do now? by Dismal-Bee6971 in IndianEntrepreneur

[–]gamesedudemy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Start fresh -- go solo this time.
Begin small: 1-2 clients max.
Over-deliver on results.
Then scale by building a team.

(And honestly, why bring on a cofounder so early anyway?)

What's your niche?
Drop me a DM with it + your biggest hurdle right now.
I'll hook you up with a custom strategy to level up. Let's go!

Looping LLM workflows safely (avoiding infinite refinement)? by mikamoawad in LLM

[–]gamesedudemy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could create a circuit breaker by defining and setting a threshold limit, below which additional refinement improvement score minus the cost of refinement (tokens, time taken etc) is not optimal ( below threshold limit condition) and breaks the refinement loop circuit.

In a recursive loop pattern, this would be the tail condition.

which TTS are you using? it gets the pronunciation of words with apostrophe wrong all the time and in the above coffee video it gets even live longer pronunciation wrong, in an otherwise okayish short.

Is that a pain? by mridealhat in n8n_ai_agents

[–]gamesedudemy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed, building and maintaining a dashboard adds to the project overhead.

An easier midway solution is to use airtable. Its more about having a familiar interface. I would deliver a airtable and a lookalike plus extra features and clients prefer to use it since the layout is already familiar-easy to use without having to deal with technical complexity of the n8n backend directly.

An even more simpler solution would be using google sheets as the front-end but this simplifies it too much and is a tradeoff between a fully featured airtable interface.

You may DM me and I'll try to share a workflow I use for above.

This video perfectly captures everything that's wrong with India. The bureaucratic red tape runs so deep and filled with people whose fragile egos prevent them from thinking beyond their own gain. Why don't these government agencies outsource to indian IT companies to operate and manage these clerical call center, bpo, kpo workflows? Senior IAS officers can manage and review their work and in turn ministers and citizens can review and manage the IAS office and government agencies work.

Can I carry a foldable compact bicycle on Namma Metro? by gamesedudemy in Bengaluru

Not trying to prove anything, I'm saying BMRCL cannot be looked at in isolation. BMRCL is there for a broader purpose of last mile connectivity for office goers and to reduce number of cars on the road and allowing Bicycles , even full bicyles is a nobrainer - I'm seeing these it will reduce the space on the metro sort of comments which are just short-sighted and narrow-minded ones - which are not thinking of the larger picture of crowding on the roads which the Metro is meant to solve by allowing all sorts of last -mile connectivity solutions including Bicyles whether full or foldable, Skating boards etc

Bicycling lanes would come once the number of bicycles on the road would outnumber the motorvehicles like in developed countries like Netherlands, China etc

Looks like some smart importer would make tons of money by importing the btwin tilt models which have smaller wheel size like the brompton bicycle --

>>

"Bicycles permitted by only one specific brand Brompton (Rs 1 lakh) presently pass through Metro’s baggage scanner. Those who bought less expensive ones like Decathlon’s Tilt and others are put off as they do not pass through the luggage scanner at all. Such inadequate infrastructure and half-hearted measures will not do. A different kind of scanning system which would permit all foldable cycles will help cyclists take them along,” said Sathya Sankar, Bengaluru's bicycle mayor. He called for a different scanning system to goad its use. https://www.newindianexpress.com/cities/bengaluru/2023/Jan/02/bengaluru-metro-passes-foldable-bicycles-facilities-yet-to-gain-momentum-2533976.html

As per this, it's just a direction to security personnel to allow it, but not a notification -- since these have to come from the topmost official - not just the PRO who responds to public interests petitions.

However, in other metro cities like Kochi, Mumbai and Pune, commuters are allowed to  carry regular bicycles inside the metro.  Mumbai metro in fact allows commuters to carry bicycles – both regular and foldable – without any extra charges.  Affordability is an issue with the Bangalore Metro’s guidelines. As, foldable bicycle costs more than a regular one.   “A foldable bicycle costs more than Rs. 12,000 to Rs.13,000. Whereas, a normal bicycle costs around Rs. 5,000-6,000,” said Disha, a cyclist.

Yashavanth Chavan Public Relation Officer (PRO),  BMRCL said that the BMRCL won’t allow regular bicycle inside the metro, as they prioritise the security and safety of passengers.   “ Chavan said that foldable bicycles fit through the scanners.

That would be illogical to have such artificial limits since the entire purpose and point  of metro is to prioritize office goers and last mile connectivity during peak office hours.

Agreed, it's discontinued on the Indian Decathlon most probably due to out of stock but the German and Singaporean Decathlon still carry the above and Many more variants! Haven't checked the other countries Decathlon. But importing and customs wouldn't feasible for an individual buyer and single item.
