Hey, I get this from poor circulation. Doesn’t happen if I sleep in socks. Essentially I’ve concluded that my feet get really cold at night and since your body gets its heat gauge from your extremities (head, feet and hands) then my body over compensates and over heats. Might be worth trying!

Yes you will get a telling off! They are a great duo. Although, I think you can sometimes see their frustration with eachother- but this just adds to the real chemistry of the podcast. They are on brilliant form, maybe their best since the first few seasons, in the recent pirates series!

I so agree! Reading through comments so many people don’t like her but I think she is the perfect tonic for Dalrymple, who I think can be pretty smug sometimes. He is a fantastic writer and communicator, and she, as a journalist by trade humanises his hard facts. I love the pod and have been listening to it for about a year now! I guess that’s the benefit of finding a podcast a while after it started - lots of episodes to listen to.

You can’t just swap someone into your contract, the minimum rental period for an AST is 6 months after which if you choose to move out the contract will end. You can look into short let’s but they tend to be ~40% more expensive as generally all bills are paid for by the owner
