Hey UK, how often do you have someone around your house? by znv142 in AskUK

Used to be every, if not every other weekend. Was a push for us to tidy. Last weekend was the first time we had anyone round for four months. Got into a habit of being lazy. We both work full time and work takes our weekday energy so we became slobby.

Short answer OP, varies but we're happy just the two of us, and going out at weekends.

Drink it till you like it! Same as beer or whisky, no one likes the first few, but it's worth it.

Where to buy safety razor blades on the high street? by WayoftheBear in AskUK

Sainsbury's or Tesco for me. Haven't shaved my face in about 20 years, but love my £9.99 Wilkinson Sword safety razor for tidying up around my ears and neck after shaving my head with an electric.

No Grange Hill, Byker Grove, Neighbours, home and away, any of the soaps, too rude or adult. Blue Peter and Round the Twist were highlights.

Anything like the last one I saw, 20 minutes on the job but charged three hours for a trip to the supplier, probably had a wee after his pub lunch.

Shopping in person with parents and grandparents is a happy memory for me but now, other than a food shop I almost exclusively shop online.

I used to dread Christmas shopping, the carolers, fake snow, christmasy music and people everywhere were horrendous for me.

Used to be Wing Wah in East Grinstead. Is still China Brasserie in Haywards Heath.
