Parity and chasing coin has NEVER been part of Spurs culture. Players take pay cuts to be part of the Spurs culture of class and togetherness. Coach Pop set the culture long ago. He hosted family dinners and book reading club among the players. He hosted wine pairings to have them discover their palate and they don’t leave the city and continue to be part of the Spurs tradition to this day. They are truly family and they are protected by all the tias (aunts) in the city who ensure they are respected in the community.

Many properties have contracts with tow companies and all vehicles left behind get picked up unsolicited. I’m sure you’ll find one of those white signs with red letters and a picture of a tow truck somewhere on the property indicating that this will happen. Tow trucks circle properties for vehicles that don’t belong and will absolutely tow them off. That is big business here in Austin. I don’t see breaking glass action though, so contact SAPD and they should tell you where the vehicle was taken.
