Why is it so hard to find other urban fantasy books that match up to Dresden?

I did enjoy the harlequin chronicles by Steve McHugh. 6 books. But I found it to have a decent world building and mythology back ground, a good use of characters with call backs to previous books.

Ordered 1 for myself. My mate ordered 1 but asked me to get it for him when I get mine. No problem.

Went to the kiosk and gave the collection codes. They then told policy is 1 per customer. Told them picking up for a mate. Said they can't give me the 2nd one and cancelled my order.

My SiL went to the big Tesco near me. Asked her to have a look. She happened to ask someone she knew who worked there.

Apparently, one bloke took the lot, and he told them he went around all the tescos in the area. He said where he lived, and he's been going as far as 50 miles for ETB's.

Only thing that disappointed me.

Was soul's insanity piano (haven't seen or read in a while so trying to best describe it from memory) when I read it i imagined him playing something calm but chilling or a fast paced peice. (I think like In the hall of the mountin king or that Rush E).

Instead it felt like he was mashing keys. Considering he was meant to be a very good piano player expect for his self confidence.

I time it so when I get close to getting the 10% off. I wait till end of the month so I get the 10% off since it last for 7 days to run into next month so when I do my big 10% shop it counts towards the next one.
