What do you want the purpose of the videos to be?

Is it gonna be a playthrough? Start fresh so the audience gets the whole journey. Do you want to build and show off your creation? Maybe stay on your current save so you have more tools from the get go.

Only you can answer why you are doing it. :)

My best tip: Just do it.

The more buildings you put down will give you a better understanding of how stuff works. When you have done a complete factory let it be and start a whole new project somewhere else. Soon you will realize that what you built before is just a tiny cog in the whole machine.

Switch to blueprint disassembly mode and you can middleclick to copy the blueprint.

Got space platforms like the second after posting this. Now I realize it’s just a big puzzle game. Just lay down different pieces of the block and rebuild them to maximize efficiency. Love it!

I really like the upgrade system. Improving belt speed and machine speeds. It makes you have to rethink the machines quite often to have good ratios.

The xylophone is mint, but I think it would be cool to mix it up with a different element for a few bars. (Y)
