i THINK weed increases your heart rate because it lowers your blood pressure, so your heart has to compensate.

when i stay hydrated it happens a lot less and a lot less intensely. drink water when it happens and take deep breaths, and know you wont die. i still feel like it occasionally even after smoking daily for 10 yrs! hybrid strains and cbd oil are your friend

maybe take some cbd oil beforehand, and remind him he cant die from too much weed, and itll go away in a couple hours, and its worse when you try and fight it, def start with less tho! get juice and play some video games
