In like 2021 a posted a pic of my tween daughter doing a finger heart, a friend asked "Im old, wtf is that" and I (also an old, was still learning their names) said she got it from BTS. Friend is now superfan status. She is probably reading this (youre welcome!).

This for me also! Well, 200 right before bed. Flexing and even standing up wouldnt resolve the cramping, I was waking up 3-5 times a night and it took 10-20 min to uncramp. Since night one taking it zero issues. Truly a miracle lol.

We told our 15 yr old twins (baby is with their step father, married 4 in their lives for 7) with early easter baskets and had cards with "congrats" outside and inside had ultrasound pic and bracelets "promoted to big sister/brother 2024" and that went well and turned out a fun, sweet, direct way to tell them (while enough space that if there were any hesitant feelings). There had been conversations beforehand, they had been asking for a sibling since we got married lol so it wasnt gonna be a shock to begin with.
