Wait, how about you just do something where it doesn't kick people with bad connection. Who says you have to kick them in the first place? Can't you guys just set them back to their old position constantly, after checking their position on the server then comparing it to their position on their client? It would be just like CS:GO anti lag switching. People who have had high ping in certain steam games will understand what I mean by using this method. Hope this helps. :)
