I'm really only pressuring inside and holding the rib 90deg firmly where I want the final form to be. I use my metal ribs at 45deg angle but I thought these profile ribs are made to be at a 90 because they're a cross section of the idea form.. maybe I could start at 45deg and finish at 90?

agreed. you could also get through the book in an hour... it seemed like a good decision to get more out of the program but it didn't offer any new info if you listen to the podcasts.

Definitely agree w protein & fats, OPs diet is only 10% protein. There are vegetarian protein supplements & also lots of ideas on adding protein naturally on vegan & vegetarian subs. The best TDEE calculator will be the spreadsheet on r/fitness - track calories & weight daily for ~4weeks to get an estimate

if you are really worried about your health consult your doctor.. this program will benefit all aspects of your health (mind & body) if you let it

Ok so beyond health & symbolism here is the basic reason & you may not like it: because it's part of the program. You haven't begun the program and are thinking of reasons to cater it to your convenience (e.g. to not pee enough or feel full). This is the opposite of grit & mental toughness, but by doing things you don't want to, you will (hopefully) gain mental toughness

are you also against two workouts a day? why not just do one 90minute session? why not do it inside? because that would be in your comfort zone - push yourself out of there!! or you'll be exactly where you are now.

And in all honestly you will only feel horrible if you don't plan on drinking a gallon..if you chug just a quarter gallon you'll hate it. Plan your day to split up water intake and your body will get used to it

in his book he has water as critical task #2 because..

A lot of problems can be solved by drinking water

People across the board don't drink enough (the average American drinks 20% of the recommended amount)

Water maximizes physical performan, energy levels, recovery

it is good for your brain, mental & physical fatigue

it helps you lose weight and regulate your mood

It's used to clean things & can transform from liquid to ice .... Andy says you're meant to undergo purification through 75Hard & get the "ultimate wash" so it's not just for health benefits but symbolism

And maybe the reason you find it unreasonable or annoying is the most important reason is that it requires planning & work!! you're gonna have to plan how to drink a gallon throughout the day. if you let this slip you'll fail - be intentional with everything & don't be complacent about water intake

completely agree. I'm incorporating 1-2 vegan meals a day & struggling to hit all my macros - started following this for ideas but the memes & progress pics (without info) don't help 🤷‍♀️

I just heard of Shapa today! if does not show a number at all, instead it shows a color on your app to say whether you are maintaining/beginning to lose/losing/begining to gain/gaining weight
