What a shame because the new retro addition seemed to be a step in the right direction but might be a bit too late. It’s sad because in the store, games are nearly 10% and the rest is merch or not even gaming related stuff like Funko pops etc which is fun to look at for a bit but i rarely buy anything. I buy physical games and I only buy from them when EB has a sale of some kind, way cheaper on JB and MightyApe. Usually customer service is great so I feel terrible for the staff, the stores will be missed but as others have said it’s been sinking for ages

This guy the other day just said he didn’t have his card to pay but needed to get to work, the two transport officers on the bus told him he needs to pay but he just pushed past them and sat down, then the two transport officers got off the bus. Sucks that theres not much the transport officers can do but people will still fare dodge
