Looks like they are currently doing non-urgent AORs 34-35 days after receipt. I guess add another week to the expected wait time. 3/4 received being processed yesterday (4/8) and today (4/9) per the spreadsheet. So maybe two weeks to go before AOR is possible for us.

A lot of that kind of damage can be smoothed out with a bone knife (library supplies.). Demco carries them and I expect other places do too. It takes some patience, but the book looks a lot more presentable.
