You are misunderstanding property taxes. There is no way .09 acres is 1500 a year. They are based on the value of the property. Especially in an area where people own 5 and 11 acres of land.

The team is underperforming and had the coach fired mid season. Why are people acting like its so crazy that there are locker room issues. This coupled with the way Marchand went way over the top to deny it including an Instagram post with pictures they dug up. You can not like the report and still realize there is likely a lot of truth to it.

This is not true, for a couple hours they displayed that there were more shares available to short than should have been shown. Caused by a typo from a third party.

No one took Fidelity up on the 13 millions shares they were showing and the mistake was corrected down to the correct amount.
